Terms and conditions for using the WooShopee platform

Welcome to WooShopee. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

WooShopee provides cross-border e-commerce solutions including, but not limited to, Shared, Single-store, and Multi-store platform services, AI operations tools, multi-language support, payment and logistics integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
  • Maintain the security of your account and be responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the WooShopee platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Users shall not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without authorization.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain source code (except for source code delivery editions).
  • Remove any copyright notices or proprietary markings from the platform.
  • Use the platform in any manner that infringes the rights of WooShopee or third parties.

4. Payment Terms

Prices for paid services are as displayed at the time of order confirmation. All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, and price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.

5. Disclaimer

WooShopee provides services on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooShopee's liability for any damages arising from services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us within the 12 months preceding the incident.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform announcements or email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Wenjiang District, Chengdu.
